cingular looks to supress plane rage..
cingular is asking the faa to maintain their ban on in-flight phone calls. it appears that cingular wants to prevent the looming threat of plane rage and encourage customers to use mobile phone data services and text messaging as a means of in-flight communication as opposed to voice calls.
