iPods banned in Sydney school for breeding "social isolation"
engadget has a great posting today about ipods being banned in a sydney school for "breeding social isolation. my favorite, or shall is say, "favourite" part is:
...because they enable students to "avoid communication with others" and may lead to "social isolation or escape from our community."

yes... well... nevermind the growing gang violence in our schools.... lets get those evil ipod things out of their hands...
and may i suggest they ban that evil world wide web thing as well... cause we dont want the kids gettin too smart and all that stuff. they should only learn what we teach them.
